About the Campaign

The Learn Move/Live Better Annual Fund campaign is a multi-dimensional effort to support student success and top-notch academic programs, while addressing the critical needs of higher education. The goals of this annual effort include, among others:

  • Secure additional resources for student scholarships.
  • Increase available funding to start new and support existing academic programs and services.
  • Maintain and update high-tech training equipment, technology and facilities.

With the cost of college on the rise and state and federal investment in education significantly decreasing, private funds are crucial to GateWay's mission of providing affordable, accessible, high-quality education for all students.

Why Give?

The value of a community college education is seen in workplaces across the Valley and throughout the state. From Nurses, to Water Technologists, to IT professionals, your gift to GateWay helps to keep college affordable for students and supports the training of future industry professionals.

All aspects of college including tuition, textbooks, advanced training equipment, computers and expert technology, supply and material costs, are increasing. It is all of our responsibility to support higher education and avoid passing the burden of such costs on to students.
