Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation at GateWay
The
Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation (CEI) at GateWay is a single
story business incubator located in the northwest section of campus that
will be home to early stage start-up companies. The incubator is a nurturing
environment for entrepreneurs and small businesses, providing collaborative
space, mentoring/coaching, and access to business and professional
resources. The facility has two phases. Phase I includes offices, wet/dry
labs and collaborative spaces. Phase II includes light industrial space.
This project is supported by private and public funding.

Integrated Education Building
The Integrated Education Building
(IEB) is a three story educational facility that will house science labs, classrooms, a student and community library,
multiple art studios, a computer commons, performance space, student
enrollment services, community career center and faculty and staff offices.
The IEB provides for much needed classroom space, centralized student services and the Library will be easier to access for the community.
This project is supported by 2004 voter-approved General Obligation Bonds.
