Learning Center

Overview

Do you want to learn more in less time, or do you need help with a difficult class? If so, let us help you!

By providing academic support, we help you become a more independent thinker and efficient learner. Whether your course of study is in math, biology, chemistry, English or other subjects, the Learning Center will provide tutors who can assist you in studying course materials, learning strategies and study skills designed to make college survival a snap. Tutoring sessions are available by appointment, or for some subjects, on a drop-in basis.

Facilities

We offer 2 computer labs with 54 stationary computers. The MA1240 Lab is now wireless, with 23 laptop computers available for student use, or you can bring your own laptop. All of our computers are equipped with educational software, internet connectivity and Microsoft Office applications. Services are free to current students.
