been taking advantage of our environmental systems laboratory since its
dedication on March 31, 1998.
The JCI institute is conveniently located here on campus, about one mile
north of the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
GateWay students become Air Conditioning Refrigeration Facilities
Technicians utilizing hands-on training in a real-world setting, using real
building equipment without compromising the real indoor environment.. Much
of the equipment students used in training students has been donated to
GateWay by Johnson Controls, Inc.
