Baseball America released their college preview last month which included their predictions on how the season will turn out and their top prospects.

GateWay sophomore Trey Lang, an outfielder who converted into a pitcher, was at the top of this list. In their junior college edition of top prospects, Lang was #4 in the country.

With fastballs topping nearly 94 mph and a slider with a lot of potential, Lang stood out in the junior college baseball world.

His presence on the field will be one to watch as the season progresses and his talent will be an asset to the Geckos as they attempt to repeat their success of last season and go back to the Junior College World Series.
