The Customer Service program will teach you how to handle all types of customers and ensure that you can perform quality service in the business environment. As a student, you learn how to develop your skills as a customer service professional and will work to improve your communication and listening skills. The course teaches you how to respond to the customers needs, as well as grow technical and interpersonal skills to provide constant quality services.
This program is only offered at our Northwest campus.
Once you complete your program, you may look forward to careers as a customer service representative, account manager, client service representatives or a call service representative. Phoenix is the second largest in service center and call center sites in the country, with careers available in the finance, technology, insurance and consumer products industries and some of the highest starting wages in the country in the profession.
You also may take advantage of our career services available in the Workforce Center. You can gain skills in interviewing, resume writing, looking for a job and other career guidance. Through these services you will be better prepared to complete successful interviews and attain employment.
