*Maintenance & College Safety services are required per Maricopa Community College District policy. **Technology Crew required for Saturday/Sunday events.

Equipment Needs

Standard Equipment:
Provided in all rooms except for the Outdoor Amphitheater

  • Tables & chairs
  • Podium
  • Whiteboard
  • Internet access
  • Computer w/projector & screen

Additional Equipment:
Can be rented through GateWay but must be supported through the College Technology Crew

*Other equipment is solely the responsibility of the client. GateWay is not responsible for any equipment that is not provided by the College. This includes rental fees, delivery, set-up, take-down, pick-up or damage that may occur while the items are on the campus of GateWay Community College.

Catering Needs

If an outside catering company is going to be used, a food handler’s card must be provided before any catering occurs.
