1. Identify and understand the basic needs of an effective classroom instructor.
2. Apply and demonstrate learned concepts through effective lesson plan creation.
3. Apply and describe learned concepts in theory, to successfully pass a written exam with 80% or better.
4. Identify and understand the needs of an effective classroom instructor.
5. Apply and demonstrate learned concepts through effective lesson plan creation and implementation.
6. Demonstrate and explain understanding of teaching methods and management in a live teaching setting.
7. Apply and describe learned concepts in theory, to successfully pass a written exam with 80% or better.
8. Apply and demonstrate lessons learned in theory and current cosmetology work experience to help facilitate cosmetology student learning in the classroom and live clinic setting with the direction of a licensed cosmetology instructor.
9. Implement and demonstrate the demands of an effective classroom and clinic instruction.
10. Administer and exhibit learned concepts through effective lesson plan creation and implementation with various assessment methods.
11. Perform and establish an understanding of teaching methods and management in a live classroom and salon setting.
12. Apply and define learned concepts in theory, to successfully pass a written exam with 80% or better.
13. Rationalize and indicate lessons learned in theory and current cosmetology work experience to help facilitate cosmetology student learning in the classroom and in a live clinic setting with the direction of a licensed cosmetology instructor.
14. Student instructor successfully completes final theory and practical demonstration rubric, including lesson plan construction, and written examination with an 80% to be eligible for Arizona Board of Cosmetology certification and licensure.
