Program Overview
The Customer Service program will teach you how to handle all types of customers and ensure that you can perform quality service in the business environment. As a student, you learn how to develop your skills as a customer service professional and will work to improve your communication and listening skills. The course teaches you how to respond to the customers needs, as well as grow technical and interpersonal skills to provide constant quality services.
 
Program customization available for agencies, government entities and industry partners.
 
Successful completion of your hours makes you eligible to apply for graduation to receive your certificate of competency.
 

Careers

Once you complete your program, you may look forward to careers as a customer service representative, account manager, client service representatives or a call service representative. Phoenix is the second largest in service center and call center sites in the country, with careers available in the finance, technology, insurance and consumer products industries and some of the highest starting wages in the country in the profession. 

You also may take advantage of career services to gain skills in interviewing, resume writing, looking for a job and other career guidance. Through these services you will be better prepared to complete successful interviews and attain employment.

This program is designed to teach the foundational aspects for service agents in a customer-centered environment. The competencies have a heavy concentration on the interpersonal skills necessary to provide consistent, quality service as you learn your role as the “face” of the company. Technical skills are developed on a state of the art cloud based telecommunication platform, which allows you the opportunity to understand how to communicate through various modalities. 

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be prepared for an industry recognized credential and to enter the workforce with confidence.  Enrollment to this program is only open through partnership participation.

Certified Customer Service/Call Center Preparation

This program is designed for call center and service agents in a call center environment. The students will work on state-of-the-art equipment that will help them understand how to communicate via voice as well as other modalities of communication. You will develop communication skills to listen and respond to customer needs, as well as technical, sales and interpersonal skills.
