Washington Campus
Diversity of Enrollment
In Fall 2019 enrollment of all full-time undergraduate students in credit programs was 1,283. Of these 58% were female and 42% were male. 3% were American Indian/Alaska Native, 4% were Asian/Pacific Islander,12% were Black, 51% were Hispanic, 25% were White, and 3% were Two or More Races.
Diversity of Pell Recipients
Federal Pell Grant recipients comprised 53% of the full-time enrolled students in Fall 2019. Of these, 61% were female and 39% were male. 80% of the Pell recipients identified themselves as members of a racial or ethnic minority.
Retention Rates
59% of the first-time, full-time undergraduate students who enrolled in Fall 2018 returned in Fall 2019. The part-time student retention rate was 45%.
Graduation and Transfer Rates
The 3-year graduation rate for full-time students entering in Fall 2016 was 21%. The 3-year transfer-out rate was 34%.
