Hiking the Arizona Trail: Exploration for a Day, Year, or Lifetime
A Panel Discussion

The Arizona Trail runs 800 miles from Mexico to Utah, highlighting some of the most beautiful natural areas in the Grand Canyon State. This panel discussion will cover the experiences of participants who have hiked the entire trail, share details on how to day hike across short sections or an immersive experience covering the full trail, provide an overview on what the Arizona Trail is, and discuss the science behind a connection with nature.
