The Maintenance Technician: Apartments program is designed to provide a high-level understanding and training in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems, electricity, plumbing, appliance, interior and exterior general repair.
Start Dates
*This is a 6-month program, two 4-hour days a week for a total of 8 hours for classroom training, then 3 months of internship at an apartment complex for on the job training. Actual completion times may vary. Costs include tuition and lab fees. Amount based on current estimates and will vary. A separate $15 Registration Fee will be charged per academic year.
