Ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? Join students from across the Maricopa County Community College District for the Intercollegiate 3-Day Leadership Retreat, taking place October 9–11, 2026, at Prescott Pines Camp.
This year’s theme, Take Flight, invites you to discover your leadership potential through hands-on activities, reflection, and meaningful connections. Designed by students, for students, this experience is shaped by passionate student leaders who understand firsthand the impact a leadership retreat can have.

Who Can Attend?
The retreat is open to students across MCCCD. GateWay has only 13 spots available, and students must complete an application and participate in an interview to be selected.
What’s Included?
GateWay Student Life & Leadership will provide:
- Transportation to and from Prescott
- Lodging
- Meals and food throughout the retreat
