Admissions and Records oversees important parts of your student experience at GateWay Community College from the early admissions steps to the exciting graduation processes. We can help you receive assistance with becoming a student, registering for classes, obtaining records, residency questions and submitting eForms.

Graduation & Commencement
GateWay provides graduation specifically for students completing a degree and/or certificates in Occupational and University Transfer education (Credit) or Trade and Technical Training (Clock) programs.
Request GWCC Transcripts
Transcripts are an official record of your enrollment. There are different ways to access your official transcripts. Select from the Credit or Clock options and follow the instructions.

Residency and Citizenship
As a student at Gateway Community College, it is important to establish residency, citizenship or lawful presence.
Transfer to GWCC
For new or current students who wish to transfer coursework completed at a previous college/university for credit at GateWay Community College.
Tuition
Tuition is calculated by the number of credits earned. Students pay tuition and fees per semester credit or clock hour. Learn more details here.
Verify Student Identity
Students are required to submit a valid form of identification for authentication during the admissions process.
