Payment Options

Payment Options

We understand that the process of paying for college involves many steps. Because tuition & fees are due before classes start, we have compiled the following list of payment methods now accepted by the College.

Please Note: You are not officially enrolled until your tuition & fees are paid in full.

Payment Plans

NBS/FACTS offers convenient, online payment plans. Installment options are available for students paying with checking or savings accounts, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards. This option makes it easy to pay online instead of having to come to campus.

Refunds

Students who withdraw from a class will receive a refund based on the Maricopa refund policy. Unless otherwise specified, students must drop non-credit classes prior to the class start date to be eligible for a 100% refund.

Refund payments are made through the Maricopa Community Colleges Student Refund Program (MSRP) in the form selected. If you originally paid directly to GWCC with a credit card then your refund will be returned to the original credit card.

When the college cancels a class, a 100% refund will be made.
