Additional Information
In order to join a program in the Clock Hour Healthcare department, there are several requirements you must meet. Maricopa Community Colleges requires all students to meet the Health and Safety Requirements as set by our program’s most stringent clinical partner. We do this for ease of random placement.
Adult immunization clinic provides vaccinations for adults (19 years and older) at no cost regardless of insurance status.
The TB Clinic charges a one-time $65 fee for TB Clearance (which is a release for work, school, or volunteering).
Students must provide a signed copy of the health care provider document within the past six months.
If a student has any restrictions the student must discuss with the program director prior to uploading the final health and safety document as it may result in the inability to complete the clinical portion of the program.
