The Clinical Neurodiagnostic Technology program offers you the opportunity to understand the nervous system, its functions, and application in the field of Neurodiagnostics. You’ll gain hands-on experience using advanced diagnostic equipment to evaluate and monitor neurological activity and play a key role in performing diagnostic procedures and supporting treatments for patients with various neurological and sleep-related disorders.

The Clinical Neurodiagnostic Technology program at GateWay Community College prepares students to work with advanced technology used to monitor and evaluate the brain and nervous system. Students gain hands-on experience using diagnostic equipment to measure neurological activity and assist physicians in diagnosing and treating neurological and sleep-related disorders.

This Associate in Applied Science program provides training in electroneurodiagnostic and sleep medicine technologies, including procedures such as electroencephalography (EEG) and polysomnography (PSG). Graduates are prepared to pursue professional certification and careers in hospitals, sleep centers, and specialized neurological clinics.
