Whether you are new to healthcare management or already hold a healthcare certificate, the Health Services Management degree offers two options to help you reach your goals.
Main Pathway
Start fresh and build the core skills needed for healthcare leadership, including communication, performance management, strategic planning, and ethics.
Transfer Pathway
If you have a qualifying healthcare certificate, you can apply your training toward the degree. Eligible students may waive twelve credits and receive six transfer credits for a total reduction of eighteen credits.

Main Pathway (Non-Transfer)
- Build the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed for healthcare management
- Learn core topics including performance management, program and policy development, communication, strategic planning, and ethics
- Fully online, asynchronous program designed for flexible learning
Clock Certificate to Degree (Transfer Pathway)
- Available to students who have completed a qualifying healthcare certificate
- Earn academic credit for your prior training
- Remove twelve credits from the standard degree plan
- Receive six additional transfer credits
- Finish the HSM degree with eighteen fewer credits required
Eligible certificates include: Medical Billing and Coding, Electrocardiogram, Medical Assisting, Pharmacy Technician, Emergency Medical Technology, and Hospital Central Services.
