BASEBALL OPEN TRYOUT SATURDAY, MAY 23
Gateway Community College and Paradise Valley Community College Baseball Programs will be conducting an open tryout together on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Gene Autry Park. There is a $10.00 charge to attend this tryout. Each player must provide their own workout clothes, baseball spikes and glove. GWCC Baseball will provide Baum bats, baseballs and other needed equipment for use during the tryout.
Pitchers and Catchers:
Sign ups 8:30 a.m.
Tryouts Start 9:00 a.m.
Infielders and Outfielders:
Sign- ups 11:30 a.m.
Tryouts Start 12:00 p.m.

To be eligible for the baseball tryout, please contact us so that I can place their name on the tryout list. Walk- ups will be allowed.
Each participant will need to complete the following forms:
1. Assumption of Risk Form
2. Contact Information Form
3. Bring a copy of their current physical form stating that they are cleared to play baseball. Physical must be dated within the last 12 months.
If the student-athlete is under 18 years of age, a parent must also sign these forms. The forms must be on hand and signed to be eligible to participate.
